BMX and DJ Trails

and Pump Tracks

Birds of a feather flock together. Some of the best mountain bike riders started on BMX, and keep either a small bike or a Dirt Jumper in their stable for sessioning dirt jumps, skate parks, and pump tracks. Depending on the path you take in your mountain biking journey you may end up in a similar situation.

Trails, BMX Trails, Dirt Jumps, all typically refer to a sessionable spot with numerous dirt jumps and other features. A pump track is a bit more focused on rhythm and generating momentum without pedaling. Some pump roller sections can be doubled but typically a pump track is designed to keep wheels on the ground.
